At Central Texas Coffee Co., we stand behind every bag we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every cup to be exactly what you expected.
Perishable Products
Because coffee and tea are perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific roast or flavor, contact us before ordering — we're happy to help you find your perfect cup.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@centraltexascoffeeco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Unopened Bags
Unopened bags in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at hello@centraltexascoffeeco.com to initiate your return and we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@centraltexascoffeeco.com.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
