Fresh Roasted to Order
Every bag of Central Texas Coffee Co. coffee is roasted fresh after your order is placed. This means your coffee arrives at peak freshness — not sitting in a warehouse for months. Good things take a little time, and great coffee is worth the wait.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and roasted within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, standard delivery times within the United States are typically 3-7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 6-12 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We work to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Central Texas Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to us. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at contact@centraltexascoffeco.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the package and contents immediately and contact us at contact@centraltexascoffeco.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Central Texas Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order contact us immediately at contact@centraltexascoffeco.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
